August 2009 Volunteer work with Susan J. Komen Foundation / Tri For The Cure Race

Susan G. Komen for the Cure, formerly known as The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, is an organization supporting breast cancer research. Since its inception in 1982, Komen has raised over $1.3 billion for research, education and health services, making it the largest breast cancer charity in the world. Today, the Komen organization is recognized as the leading catalyst in the fight against breast cancer, with more than 100,000 volunteers working in a network of 125 U.S. and international affiliates.

Keeping with a two year tradition, In3corp is proud to have volunteered once again this August with the Komen Race for the Cure; a series of 5-kilometer run/fitness-walk foot races to raise money and awareness for the fight against breast cancer, celebrate breast cancer survivorship, and memorialize those who lost their battles with the disease
