Building Futures Together: in3’s Visit to Sarthak Foundation’s Yellow Rooms

At in3, we believe meaningful change begins with creating opportunities that empower communities and inspire children to dream bigger. As part of our social impact journey, the in3 team, along with Miguel, Jaya, and Nick, visited Sarthak Foundation’s Yellow Rooms to experience the inspiring work being done in education, holistic development, and life skills, and to engage with children, educators, and the Sarthak team.

About Sarthak Foundation & Yellow Rooms

Sarthak Foundation works towards creating Happy Empowered Children through its Yellow Rooms initiative—community-based learning spaces that provide children with education, STEM exposure, life skills, counselling, and holistic development opportunities. The in3 Yellow Room at Laulai currently supports 103 children with 96.94% school enrolment, helping them build confidence, skills, and aspirations through digitally enabled learning, SEPEt (Social-Emotional, Physical and Ethical) activities, and community engagement.

Through this partnership, in3 supports Sarthak Foundation in creating quality learning opportunities and enabling long-term development for children. The impact is reflected in improved learning outcomes, with NAT (National Achievement Test) average scores increasing from 52.45% to 66.16%, and in inspiring journeys of children like Farheen, the first engineering graduate from Yellow Rooms, as well as Daraksha and Prince, who are pursuing B.Tech and gaining valuable internship experience at in3.
